A traditional wedding was never an option for this young couple. As per the current trend, they chose to forego the typical sit-down dinner at the reception, rather creating beautiful cocktail areas and chill lounges where guests could easily move around and enjoy the party. But Katherine and Jon-Leslie went one step further and also had a cocktail-style ceremony. As they exchanged vows, their loved ones were casually standing around or lounging on couches, drinks in hand. They weren’t just watching the wedding take place like members of an audience, they were part of it.
Matching the style of the wedding, the décor was very contemporary in light, earthy tones. Of course the 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa offered the most beautiful views over ocean and mountain – all contributing to yet another perfect wedding.
